Meet Chelsea Finn, the mastermind behind Shear Concepts Studio! With over a decade in the industry, Chelsea has seen it all—but one thing always felt missing when working with her clients: true hair personalization.
She noticed that too many women were chasing trends, viral looks, or someone else’s dream hair—only to end up feeling disappointed when it didn’t suit them. That didn’t sit right with her. Hair should be designed for you, not just inspired by a trend.
So, Chelsea went back to the roots of hair design (pun intended!) and developed a foolproof method to create timeless, customized hair color and styles. Her approach isn’t about guesswork—it’s about crafting looks based on face shape, eye color, natural hair color, and skin tone to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and radiant.
